Faith Community Needed in Tulare County

Since I have joined in the effort of the Tulare County Anti- Human Trafficking Taskforce, there is something that I keep hearing over and over by many of the professionals in the taskforce: We need the faith community. We need churches and other faith groups to be involved. We know that there hasn’t been sufficient communication with the faith community as of yet, but the need is immediate. We need and desire ministries and individuals within the faith community to sign up and be represented as a resource in our community on the GraceCity App.

As a ministry worker with JARON Ministries, I feel like this is my unique niche within the taskforce as a volunteer of Tulare County Child Abuse Prevention Council. My work is part of the faith community, as a member within Tulare County for decades.

I am working on organizing a ministry focused on assisting and equipping the faith community specifically in Tulare County (CVJC is doing a great job of serving those in Fresno County). If you are interested in getting connected, please contact me at cvabolitionist@gmail.com or 559-305-2617.

The faith community is crucial to transformation in the community and to successfully addressing human trafficking here. Please contact me and join us in this effort.
