Family Services’ Rape Crisis Center

Family Services offers several free human trafficking services including comprehensive case management, crisis counseling, information and referral, therapeutic services, shelter for adults, some financial assistance, targeted outreach, community education presentations, training to service providers.

Topics:  Anything concerning human trafficking.  For CSEC, FSTC coordinates with Tulare County Child Welfare Services and the District Attorney’s Office to provide joint training.  Because of our new collaborative grant with the DA’s Office and TCSO, we anticipate more collaborative trainings in the future.

Audience:  All groups, including, general public, professionals, educators, etc.

Tulare County Child Welfare Services

Zayas is the CSEC Clinician at this time for Child Welfare services. She provides crisis management and clinical support along with training for community members, services providers, law enforcement, and youth on the topic of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.

Homeland Security Investigation

Audience: Public, law enforcement, NGOs, etc.

Types of Training/Presentations:  HSI Provides presentations, training, etc  on ex trafficking, general human trafficking, CSEC, labor trafficking, etc.   HSI can offer a  HSI 101 presentation coupled with a HSI Human Trafficking/Victims 101 Presentation.

EEOC provides training/presentations regarding human trafficking, as well as employment discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability, age, genetic information and retaliation under all statutes.
